Altar Server
Boys and girls from grade 3 and above who assist the priest at the liturgy.

Baptism Preparation
Preparing parents for the formation of their child’s faith.
Baptisms are done every 2nd Saturday of the month.
The requirements for Baptism are:
- Baby's birth certificate
- Requirements for the child's parents:
a. Are you a member of the parish? Envelope# ______
b. If not, register at the Rectory and submit 6 white envelopes with the Envelope# for 6 weeks of Mass
Requirements for the child's godparents:
- Be married in the Catholic church and in good standing. Provide proof of Sacramental Marraige (Church Marraige Certificate)
- Be single, not living together - privide Confirmation certificate.
- If they are from this parish, St John the Baptist the Envelope#
- If Godparent(s) are from another parish, they must request a sponsor certificate for each godparent and present it.
Instructional class is held on the Friday before the Baptism at 6:00 p.m. in the basement. Parents and godparents must attend without their children.

Eucharistic Adoration
1st Thursday of the month starting at 8:00 pm after mass. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed and adored for one hour to pray before the Lord Jesus present in the Monstrance.

Eucharistic Minister
Extraordinary Ministers of Communion who serve the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass and to the sick and homebound.

Finance Council
Advises the Pastor on financial matters of the parish and school. Responsible for monitoring all income and expenses, and approving the annual budgets.

Greeters/Ushers
Parish volunteers who warmly welcome parishioners as they enter the Church for Mass.

Reader who proclaim the Scriptures at Mass and other services.

Liturgical Linen Service
Responsible for the preparation and care of the altar linens. This includes the washing and ironing of purificators, corporals, and altar linens.
